Some times I have rambled.

We are busy, we all are, but lately I am trying to bring some sense of clarity back to the days I spend with my Bearded Co-Catfinder. Less homework and conflicting schedules, more coffee mornings and talk radio and making corn scones from scratch and wandering down to the taco place for a snack in the middle of the afternoon and letting the wind blow around us and feeling strong and together again.

It was on such an occasion that Africa reappeared.

Back to the good stuff. Erica with cats, Jake photographing.

Runs the show!!

Ohhhh yes. Come over here.

I don't know why I always look like some kind of knitwear-clad bandito.

I was thinking it wouldn't be so hard to cat-nap this little fellow, but I know his basement dwelling owner might not take too kindly to that choice.

Aaaand the go-behind.

And from that brief encounter, we wandered home laughing, and I was reminded of all the times that had passed, and all that stretched ahead of us, past these sidewalks and this city, into some great unknown place.

About bearicaquinn

Smallish, smushy in the sad parts, certainly destined for cat-lady-dom. Enjoys boats, bikes, black coffee, pug faces, sourdough bread, the morning when you have slept long enough, beards, mountainsides, art, rooftops, etc. Will continue to live in things that are interestingly shaped. So octopus.
