We are told that big weather is on its way, and we are safe inside, jammies and sweaters and Jake on his sewing machine and me with my tea and my schoolwork. Outside the wind is blowing and the rain is cold and grey and tonight we will hunker down with puppies and string lights and the family of friends we have gathered here. At some point, the rain will turn to snow.
Some cats to get you through. Stay warm, my friends.
Another terrific image from one of Grandma’s slideshows! (I like to think there’s a cat in there somewhere.)
