The Case of The No Good Very Bad Sinus Infection

I have been here (beneath cat and Grandma afghan) since Saturday night, sleeping and snotting and fever dreaming and hitting the popsicles hard, listening to perhaps all of the Law & Order. After a weepy trip to the doctor today to obtain medicines, I am hoping to soon rejoin the land of the living.

It has been my good fortune to be under the thoughtful care of a companion who is bearded, who brings me things like water or hot Emergen-C or a box for all my used tissues when I so pitifully caw for them from my couch lair. “Contagion,” he says aloud as he brings me a quesadilla.

Here are some sick day kittens to heal.

This was actually sent to cure my illness, and I was delighted to find many cats in the mesmerizing process of bearing witness. Here are some kittens you may encounter on your own journey. via cachemonet.com.

About bearicaquinn

Smallish, smushy in the sad parts, certainly destined for cat-lady-dom. Enjoys boats, bikes, black coffee, pug faces, sourdough bread, the morning when you have slept long enough, beards, mountainsides, art, rooftops, etc. Will continue to live in things that are interestingly shaped. So octopus.
